Program description

Healing Garden Massage (“we,” “us,” “our”) uses text messages (SMS) only to send clients secure links to their massage health intake or update forms and, when needed, brief follow-ups related to completing those forms.

We do not use this SMS program for appointment confirmations, reminders, or any promotional or marketing messages.


Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Message frequency

Message frequency will vary based on your appointments and whether an updated intake form is required, but you can generally expect:

  • 0–2 text messages per appointment that needs a new or updated intake form.
     

We do not intentionally send frequent or excessive messages.

How to opt in

You may opt in to receive intake-form text messages by:

  • Providing your mobile phone number when booking an appointment online or in person, and
     
  • Agreeing to receive SMS messages for intake and update forms only, as described on our website and booking information.
     

You may receive intake forms by other methods (for example, email or in-person paper forms) if you prefer not to receive SMS messages.

How to opt out / get help

  • To stop receiving SMS messages:
    Reply STOP to any message we send. You will receive a one-time confirmation text, and after that you will no longer receive intake-form SMS messages from us at that number. If you wish to resume messages in the future, you can reply START.
